Empowering second chances through skill, purpose, and community.
Our Mission
Our mission is to empower individuals impacted by incarceration by providing industry-recognized training, meaningful mentorship, and career opportunities within the barbering profession.
We are dedicated to fostering economic independence, reducing recidivism, and breaking cycles of generational incarceration through education and community support.
Together, we work to create pathways to stability, dignity, and long-term success, building a future where every person has the opportunity to thrive and positively contribute to their communities.
